Venerable Paul O.G. Whiskel is the Vicar of St. Andrew’s Cathedral.
He is a teacher of God’s word, an Evangelical Minister whose Ministry is characterized by signs and wonders. He is the coordinator of Divine Encounter where God uses him to perform miracles and bring deliverance to many.
Paul started his ministry on the 1st of June 1985 at Christ Anglican Church, Effurun as a Church Agent.
He attended Emmanuel College of Theology, Ibadan (1993- 1996), was deaconed in1996 and priested a year later. He also attended Delta State University, where he bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. He obtained his post graduate Diploma in Education with the University of Port Harcourt in 2016.
He is currently the Director of Mission and Evangelism, Diocese of Warri Anglican Communion. He is also the coordinator of Team Manifest since 2012.

Rev. Canon Monday A.O. Imonisan is the Canon Residentiary of the Cathedral Church of St. Andrew,22 Okere Road, Warri. He started ministry in 1988. He was ordained into the Priesthood ministry in 1999. He is a teacher and preacher of the Word of God – affecting lives positively.
He attended St. Paul’s University College Awka, 1995 – 1998, Delta State University – BA (Religion Studies 2004 – 2008). He just bagged Masters Degree in Religious Studies from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo. He is the author of the book, “Leading Others.”
Monday is happily married to Charity Imonisan and the union is blessed with two lovely children.
The Rev. Canon Terry Olokor is a Cathedral Priest. He is a minister of God that is called into the preaching of the true Gospel of Christ. His ministry has brought salvation and deliverance to many.
He is the Manager of Holy Trinity Printing Press (a venture of the Diocese of warri).
He is married to Mrs Esther Olokor and they have co-authored books like “Marriage Fountan” Vol. 1 & 2. He is also a marriage counselor.
Reverend Friday Udorefe is a preacher, a revivalist and a teacher of God’s word. He is also into the deliverance ministry. He started his ministry in the Anglican children ministry (A.C.M) and Anglican youth fellowship, from where he proceeded to Ezekiel College of theology for his ordination course from 2011 to 2015. He was ordained as deacon in the Diocese of Warri in 2015 and was priested in 2016. He is currently serving as a priest at Cathedral Church of St Andrew, Warri as well as serving as the Bishop’s Chaplain. He is married to Mrs Beauty Udorefe and the union is blessed with two lovely children.
The Revd Christian O. Umukoro is a Cathedral Priest. His ministerial call took him to Adam Igbudu Christian Centre (A.I.C.C.) now Adam Igbudu Christian Institute (A.I.C.I.), Emevor where he was trained as a Catechist from 2007 – 2010. He further attended Archbishop Vining College of Theology, Akure, the citadel “where every soul matters” from 2011 – 2015. There he held the post of Vice President of the student body.
He had earlier served as a Church Teacher in several churches from 2004 – 2007 and as a Catechist from 2010 – 2011.
He is happily married to Mrs. Ruth O Umukoro and they are blessed with a lovely daughter Ufuoma.
Revd Wisdom Ochuko Akpoviri is one of the St. Andrew’s Cathedral Priests in Warri Diocese (Anglican Communion).
He hails from Orogun town in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. He attended Several theological colleges and Universities including Delta State University, Abraka, Immanuel College of Theology and Christian Education, Samonda, Ibadan (Affiliated to University of Ibadan), Crowther Graduate Theological Serminary, Abeokuta (Affiliated to Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo). He was made a Deacon on the 2nd of July, 2017 at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church, DDPA, Igbudu, Warri.
He is happily married to Mrs. Vera Oberhiri Akpoviri.
Hosanna E.E. David is a servant of God called to preach the end time message for the salvation of the souls of men. He has been very active in the evangelical ministry since his childhood age, until he went into full-time ministry.
He attended Adam Igbudu Christian Centre, Emevor (now Adam Igbudu Christian Institute) between 2008 and 2010.
He was the Administrator of St. Andrew’s Hospital, Warri (2012-2014). He is currently serving as a catechist in St. Andrew’s Cathedral since 2011.
